On Sunday 4 March 2012 Wellington Zoo is celebrating Children’s Day with $1 entry for all kids 14 and under!
Children's Day – Te Ra O Te Tamariki – provides New Zealanders with an opportunity to give time to children, and every year Wellington Zoo celebrates with $1 entry for all kids and heaps of fun things to see and do!
Celebrations this year at the Zoo will be action packed, with loads of activities throughout the day - including face painting, a bouncy castle and zumba. There will be performances from the Junk Monster Puppets and Dan & Dani, as well the chance for kids to show off their air guitar skills with the Tip Top Popsicle Band.
