Bringing in of food and drinks a must?

We went to a Hot Springs resort last weekend, and this sign greeted us at the gate. Can anybody help explain what it is about?

The sign actually makes sense, it's only confusing due to the way it was printed.

    This is my take:

"Corkage Fee" is required or mandatory, otherwise, you are not allowed to ENTER or "NO ENTRY".

Cheers to you and those party goers!

  13. At first glance, it does look like a confusing sign but it probably means that you need to pay corkage fee for drinks that you are carrying, otherwise you can't enter the premises.
